Welcome to ConvoHunter (“Service”), operated by ConvoHunter (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service for its intended purpose.
1.3. Prohibited Activities

- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify our software.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service to harass or harm individuals.
2. Waitlist and Data Collection

By joining the waitlist, you provide your email address and consent to receiving updates about the Service.

We collect and store your email for notification purposes. We do not sell or share your email with third parties without your consent.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.
3. Intellectual Property

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
7.2. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law, including rights under the Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).
7.3. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes, you may contact us at convohunter@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute amicably:
- Spanish consumers have the right to use consumer arbitration boards (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo)
- You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts
7.4. Language
In case of conflict between language versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Derecho de Desistimiento)
8.1. For Consumers
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law.
8.2. Waiver for Immediate Service
By joining our waitlist and consenting to receive immediate communications, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for the provision of services that begin immediately upon your request.
