How Notifications Work

When a new relevant conversation is discovered, you'll receive a notification so you can engage while the discussion is still fresh and active.

See a notification bell icon in your dashboard that shows unread conversation alerts. Click to view all new findings.

Receive email digests with new conversations. Configure frequency in your settings.

Get notified as soon as a new conversation is found.

Best for: Active monitoring, time-sensitive engagement

Receive one email per day with all new conversations.

Best for: Regular check-ins without email overload

Get a weekly summary of all new relevant conversations.

Best for: Periodic review, less urgent engagement

Set specific hours or days for notifications.

Best for: Tailoring to your work schedule

Navigate to Dashboard → Configuration → Notifications

Select from Real-time, Daily, Weekly, or turn off email notifications entirely

Choose to only get notified about highly relevant conversations

Start with Daily Digests

If you're new, daily digests provide a good balance between staying informed and not being overwhelmed.

Filter for High Relevance Only

Choose to only get notified about highly relevant conversations to focus on your best opportunities.

Check In-App Notifications Regularly

Even with email notifications off, check the dashboard bell icon daily for new finds.

Adjust Based on Volume

If you're getting too many notifications, filter for higher relevance only or switch to weekly digests.

Each email notification includes:

For casual use: Weekly digest + check dashboard 2-3x per week

For maximum engagement: Real-time emails + mobile dashboard access
