Not Receiving Any Conversations

If you're not seeing any results after your first search:

  • Check your project description: Make sure it's detailed and describes what your product does
  • Add keywords: Include specific industry terms or use cases
  • Be patient: It can take 24-48 hours for our monitoring to pick up new conversations
  • Check your filters: Ensure you're not filtering for only “Very Relevant” posts

Too Many Irrelevant Conversations

If you're getting low-quality or irrelevant results:

  • Mark as irrelevant: This is the most important step! Our AI learns from your feedback and gets better with each marking
  • Filter by “Very Relevant” tag: Focus on only your best matches
  • Refine your description: Be more specific about your target audience and use cases
  • Add topics to avoid: Specify what you DON'T want to see in your configuration

Remember: Results improve over time as our AI learns your preferences. Be patient and keep marking irrelevant posts – your results will get significantly better within a week or two.

Not Receiving Email Notifications

If notifications aren't arriving:

  • Check spam folder: Our emails might be filtered
  • Verify email settings: Go to Configuration → Notifications and ensure emails are enabled
  • Check relevance filter: You might be filtering for only highly relevant conversations
  • Whitelist our domain: Add @convohunter.com to your safe senders list

Dashboard Loading Issues

If your dashboard won't load or is slow:

  • Clear browser cache: Try hard refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R)
  • Try incognito mode: Rules out extension conflicts
  • Check your connection: Ensure stable internet
  • Use supported browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (latest versions)

How long does it take to find conversations?

Monitoring begins immediately after you subscribe, but it can take 24-48 hours to see consistent results as our AI learns your preferences. Use filters to view older conversations while waiting.

Can I change my project settings after setup?

Yes! Go to Configuration → General to update your project description, keywords, and target audience at any time. Changes will improve future results as our AI adapts to your updated preferences.

What does “Mark as Irrelevant” do?

When you mark a conversation as irrelevant, three things happen:

  • • The conversation is archived and won't appear in your main feed
  • • Our AI learns your preferences to fine-tune future results
  • • Over time, your results become more accurate and relevant

Think of it as training: The more feedback you provide, the better we get at finding exactly what you want.

What happens to deleted or archived conversations?

Deleted and archived conversations are automatically removed from the system after a period of time to keep your dashboard clean and focused. Don't worry – marking posts as irrelevant still helps train our AI even after they're removed. The learning sticks, the clutter doesn't.

Why am I seeing some less relevant conversations?

We show a range of conversations so you don't miss opportunities. Use the “Very Relevant” tag filter to focus on your best matches, or explore other conversations that might have high traffic or other valuable characteristics.

Can I monitor multiple projects?

Currently, each account supports one project. For multiple projects, consider our Enterprise plan or create separate accounts.
